Before any purchase or transaction on the Riwa platform, please read the following transaction and return policy carefully. Any purchase on the Riwa platform is considered as your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These policies are formulated within the scope permitted by UK law.


Cancellation Policy 

Trade Cancellation

– Standard transactions: All standard transactions on the Riwa platform are subject to cancellation within 48 hours. After 48 hours, the transaction will be considered final. To cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours via email at and provide a reason for cancellation.

– Auction Bid Exception: The 48 hours cancellation policy does not apply to auction bids.

– Auction items: Sales of artwork purchased through auction are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

– Digital Art: Sales of digital artwork are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

– Blockchain Certificates (NFT): A complimentary blockchain certificate, once sent to the crypto wallet provided by the buyer, is considered final and irrevocable. If the certificate is not required, please contact us via email at and explain why.


Return Policy

– Auction Item: All auction sales are final and no returns are available.

– Standard Transaction: All standard sales made through the Riwa platform are subject to cancellation within 48 hours. Sales made after 48 hours are considered final.

– Digital art: Sales of digital artwork are considered final and are not subject to cancellation or return policies.

– Membership Services: Services are final and non-refundable once utilized.

– Special Circumstances Returns: in rare cases, such as artwork that is not as described, is not authentic, has not been delivered, or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us via email at will collaborate with you to find the best solution.

– Blockchain Certificate (NFT): In the event of an order cancellation or a return agreement arising, the blockchain certificate will need to be returned to the crypto wallet specified by Riwa.

– OFF-PLATFORM PURCHASES: Riwa does not process returns of works purchased off-platform.

It is recommended to ask detailed questions about the condition of the artwork before purchase and to obtain high-resolution images of it in different lighting to ensure that the colours, textures and feel are as expected.


Shipping Policy

 Shipping and arrival time

– Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation.

– Arrival Time: International order arrival time varies depending on destination, please refer to shipping tracking information for exact time.


Shipping Charges

– Calculation: Shipping cost is calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the piece.

– Display: Shipping charges will be displayed when the transaction is paid for.

– INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International orders may incur additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

– Pickup Options: Local pickup is available for some artworks.

– Shipping quotes: We can provide shipping quotes based on your location, artwork dimensions and packing material costs, or recommend public carriers and specialist art shippers.


 International Shipping and Customs Clearance

– BUYER RESPONSIBILITY: The buyer, as the importer, is responsible for handling all import-related paperwork and fees.

– Additional Costs: International shipping may involve additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


Order Status

Order Tracking: Customers can check the status of their orders via the Riwa platform.


Taxes and Duties

International Duties and Taxes: International purchases may be subject to additional export and import duties and taxes.


Additional Terms

Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution: The policy is governed by UK law. Disputes related to this policy will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.

Consumer Rights: This policy complies with UK consumer rights regulations.

Data Protection: Riwa respects and protects customer personal data by applicable data protection laws.
